Clay Foster

A native of Florida, Clay Foster has been playing and teaching in Orlando since 2006. He plays a variety of styles, including jazz, progressive rock, and incorporates many metal elements as well. Clay has been a dedicated guitar learner his whole life, always aiming to improve. He began studying guitar at the age of nine and continued his education by studying jazz guitar at the prestigious University of North Texas School of Music. Clay has performed all over Florida with several bands, including serving as the guitarist for Dixie Dregs bassist Dave LaRue.

Clay has been influenced by artists like Dream Theater, Chick Corea, Allan Holdsworth, Frank Gambale, Pat Metheny, Adam Rogers, and many others. With a strong desire to both teach and learn, Clay Foster strives to challenge himself at every available opportunity.
